A Home Assessment is a comprehensive review of how safe, functional, and supportive a home is for aging adults. As Certified Aging in Place Specialists, we identify how the home works for current daily needs and what adjustments may be needed for the future. From this, we create a tailored report with clear recommendations to maintain safety, comfort, and independence. Finally, we provide a project proposal and implement any selected home modifications.

A focused, one-hour visit for those with a specific project in mind or who prefer ideas and guidance without a full assessment. We’ll walk through your home, discuss your goals, and provide practical, on-the-spot recommendations to improve safety and functionality.

When safety can’t wait, our Rapid Response service provides emergency home safety solutions within 72 hours. From grab bars and railings to ramps, lighting improvements, and more, we deliver fast, reliable support when you need it most. Includes an initial visit to evaluate needs and create a customized plan.
